Russell Taylor Group reports 30% growth in sales
During the month of June, the company, whose head office is in Bromborough, Wirral, and which operates nationally and internationally in the construction and engineering sectors, supplied 750 temporary workers per week to its clients compared to 525 during the same period last year.
Russell Taylor Group managing director Ben Russell accredits the success of the business to its taking full advantage of the improvement in the current economic climate as well as to a combination of additional quality staff, new project wins and developing relationships with existing clients.
He said, “We are fully committed to adding to our resources and developing staff to their full potential, in realising new client relationships in an ever wider sector reach while, at the same time, continuing to partner with existing loyal customers.
“Add the benefits of the economic recovery and this will certainly be a record-breaking year.”
Russell Taylor, shortlisted as a finalist in the Wirral Business Awards 2014, was last month selected to provide permanent recruitment services for the £600m Mersey Gateway Project.
The company, which is based at Marwood House on Bromborough's Riverside Park, had to go through a rigorous selection process before being appointed to supply services to the Merseylink Consortium, the company chosen to design, build, finance and operate a new six-lane toll bridge between Widnes and Runcorn.
Ben Russell commented: “The selection of Russell Taylor as a recruitment supplier is testimony to the company’s ever increasing presence within the North West’s construction market.
“It’s great to see the company now being associated with such high profile projects and companies. It only goes to emphasise how far we have come in our nine years of trading and how the brand is continuing to make a huge impact within our core vertical markets.”
