Sellick Partnership awarded ISO 9001
A market leader in finance and legal recruitment with six offices based nationwide, Sellick Partnership gained the award following a thorough assessment procedure that identified the strength of the organisation's ability to consistently provide a service that meets customer demand, as well as regulatory requirements.
Dealing with over 500 contractors and a variety of businesses across the legal and finance sectors, Sellick Partnership recognised the need for clear and effective processes to ensure timely contractor payment, communications, and customer service.
The ISO 9001 certification also improves the working lives of staff at Sellick Partnership, allowing them to be involved in the continual improvement of their internal operations. This has included standardizing all internal and external communications, and making the recording and resolving of issues and complaints more transparent.
Assessor Steve Tattersall commented, “Sellick Partnership showed a great deal of commitment to ensuring their internal processes were of the best possible standard. It was clear that consistency is of a main concern to them as a business, ensuring all regional offices are following the same procedures as the head office, and providing stakeholders with the highest level of service.”
Commenting on the news Jo Sellick, Managing Director of Sellick Partnership, said “We are delighted that we have been able to achieve the ISO 9001 standard – although a few key members of the business were involved in the initial implementation, the whole team has really taken the improvements on board and helped cement our position as market leaders in finance and legal recruitment.
After being awarded the Investors in People Silver accreditation on our first attempt in 2013 and finding ourselves listed in the Hot 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain by the London Stock Exchange later that year, we’re in an extremely strong position that we could not have achieved without the hard work and commitment of all Sellick Partnership employees.”
