The Curve Group bolsters team with new senior hires & graduates
This recent boost in hires solidifies The Curve Group as an ever expanding presence in the HR services sector, with a 93% staff increase in the last year alone taking the numbers up from 29 people to 56.
Joining its senior team are Joanna Collis and Kimberley Dudley, both taking the roles of Service Delivery Managers. Joanna will work in the Contractors recruitment team and has joined from Steria, having worked for many years within their IT contract and permanent recruitment division. Kimberley joins from NHS Professionals to work on the Curve RPO JLT Employee Benefits team. Other Service Delivery Managers that have been newly appointed are Nick Womack, who joined from the Direct Line Group, Charlotte Cheung from Big Red Recruitment and Natasha Downes from NTT Communications.
In addition to the new senior roles that have been filled, Lisa Gibson who left CPM to be at The Curve Group and Amanda Jolly previously of Firecracker Talent, have both joined as Headhunters into the Financial Services recruitment team.
The Curve Group has also backed up its recent bolster in senior team members by hiring nine new Talent Executives over the past year. Four joined as a result of The Curve Groups successful Graduate Scheme that was launched last November, with the Talent Executives working alongside the Headhunters to source and attract the best quality of talent for each individual role. One of these Talent Executives Ben Rigby, has recently moved from this role to the position of Marketing Manager of The Curve Group.
