Heading up a qualified and experienced team of Client Account Managers, Smith will be bringing her trademark interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills to the forefront, motivating and leading her team to provide high calibre customer service to the variety of NHS trusts and private clients that Total Assist Group partner with.

Keen to put a face to customer relationships, Smith is an incredibly active advocate for the brand, building one to one rapports with business clients. With an expertise in developing and growing businesses in line with targets, Julie is completely capable of navigating the consistently changing trends of the medical recruitment sector.

With over 15 years experience with in the healthcare business, and more specifically doctors, locum recruitment market, Julie is an ambitious leader with a wealth of insider industry knowledge gained from hands on experience.

 Previously working as the Doctors Divisional Manager, she was an approachable and ambitious Manager.

Other past roles include running Doctors Divisions and theatre nursing divisions.
