Oasis HR finalists at Recruitment Business Awards for 3rd year running
The awards, taking place on Thursday 25th September at the Manchester Mercure Piccadilly Hotel, celebrate the achievements of the best Recruitment Consultancies and Advertising Agencies in the UK. Finalists were selected by an expert panel of judges, who in particular praised Oasis HR for the creation of their animated Candidate Attraction video that takes centre stage on their website.
The video animation was designed to showcase the boutique consultancy’s authentic approach, highlight their areas of specialism, whilst accurately portraying the recruitment business’s culture and brand identity. The full concept and storyboard was produced internally by Oasis HR’s marketing team and outsourced to an animator for production.
This is the 3rd year in a row that Oasis HR has been nominated for the Recruitment Business Awards. The company previously won the & lsquo;Best Item of Self Promotion’ award in 2012 for their Recruit-O-Graphic which looked to distinguish Oasis HR from other employers by communicating its unique culture and showcasing the benefits of working for the SME. Oasis HR has also previously won Recruitment Company of the Year 2013 and Best Niche/Specialist Agency 2013 from the same awards body.
Katie Barr, Marketing and Events Manager at Oasis HR comments:
“Being recognised for the third year running at the Recruitment Business Awards is an absolute honour, particularly as the calibre of entrants is always so high. When looking to develop our mobile optimised website back in 2013, we knew we needed to create an engaging piece of homepage content to attract and resonate with our candidate population. Animation seemed to be the standout winner, and developing the video internally from both a cost and control perspective made sense.
“We were really keen to reveal our fun and innovative side to help convey our unique way of working in what’s a fairly traditional market place. What’s more, with both business owners being children of the 80s we couldn’t resist the temptation to include the Baywatch, A-Team and Jaws theme tunes!”
