Staffing 360 Solutions' cybersecurity division awarded GSA schedule from the Federal Government

The Cyber 360 Solutions contract number is GS-35F-483BA and the award is effective through August 20, 2019.

The five-year contract allows for all federal government agencies to obtain cybersecurity personnel and services from Cyber 360 Solutions as a trusted vendor. The GSA establishes long-term, government-wide contracts with commercial vendors to streamline and standardize the process of procuring products and services for the entire federal government. In a speaking engagement earlier this year, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said he expects the U.S. Cyber Command to grow from approximately 1,800 individuals to more than 6,000 cyber professionals by 2016, making it one of the largest such forces in the world.

"The opportunity to provide cybersecurity services and resources directly to the federal government is a major win," stated Mark Aiello, President of the Company's Cyber 360 Solutions division. "This is a significant first step to establish our Government Services practice which is being led by Paul Venezia, a distinguished military veteran. We can now more efficiently help prospective government clients focus on what matters most, assessing and resolving critical cybersecurity challenges to protect our national security interests."

As the Director of Government Services of the Company's Cyber 360 Solutions division, Paul Venezia, a retired Navy SEAL with 30 years of military experience, has been crucial in helping the Company navigate the complex government process to obtain the GSA Schedule 70. Prior to Cyber 360 Solutions, Mr. Venezia served on numerous SEAL Teams including SEAL Team 6, beginning in 1982 until retiring in 2013 at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4.

"It is extremely gratifying to see this federal government schedule finally come to fruition," said Mr. Venezia. "I'm thrilled to be able to share this accomplishment with the entire team at Staffing 360 Solutions. This arduous process was a group effort requiring all levels of management. We expect this development to have a very positive impact on our business and it represents the first step in our goal to provide the federal government with the cybersecurity workforce necessary for national and homeland security."

The GSA Schedule 70 award is the culmination of a rigorous process in which the GSA carefully evaluates companies to determine their proficiency and suitability for providing products and/or services to the federal government. The assessment covers an array of a corporation's capabilities, including organizational structure, performance history, customer satisfaction, and other criteria.

In awarding Cyber 360 Solutions a GSA Schedule 70 contract, the federal government has determined that the Company is recognized as a preferred vendor that is fully authorized to conduct business directly with federal government agencies.
