White Paper for recruitment agencies considering IP telephony

The UK jobs market has been in the doldrums for over six years, but employment figures are looking stronger than they have for some time.  This means recruiters are set to experience their busiest months – September and October - for many years as people look to enter first time employment, switch jobs or change their careers.  It also means a more competitive business environment among recruitment agencies as they seek to attract employees and the best candidates.
