Rex Cridland, who joins NJR as Recruitment Director, has over 20 years of recruitment experience.  He has worked at the highest level within global consultancies, major online recruiters, start-ups and search & selection specialists.  During his career he has helped blue-chips such as Apple, Sega, Network Rail, Royal Mail, G4S, Dalkia, TATA, Diageo, XL Insurance and Premier Foods source their senior talent. 

He has also provided permanent and interim managers, executives and directors to clients on a global basis. This blue chip international experience is a strong fit for NJR which earlier this month appointed Ex KPMG Managing partner, Graham Oates, to drive its international operations.

Over the past six years Daniel Rackham, who has been appointed senior recruitment consultant, has carved a reputation as a major online recruitment specialist.  With a combination of experience spanning both mainstream IT and recruitment, for some time Daniel has been using online tools to search the deeper web, to fill senior roles globally, across various sectors such as logistics, FMCG, food production, oil & gas, automotive and industrial manufacturing.
