ARV Solutions celebrate 10 years in recruitment & an award nomination

In fact, we’ve been nominated for Best Niche/Specialist Agency at the Recruitment Business Awards 2014!

We’ve moved to a larger office and welcomed two new members to our highly talented team, with plans to add more very soon. We’ve had a record number of placements and August has been a record Month, with the highest fee income in our 10 year history!"

ARV Solutions was established by Jim Roach, after 15 years in agency recruitment, where he attained senior management roles within national construction and regional technical recruitment businesses. Frustrated by politics and working methods that he felt needed to move on, Jim established ARV Solutions with a new model. “Adding real value is at the heart of all that we do. The aim from the outset was to provide the highest possible levels of service, with a professional and ethical approach - above the temptations of chasing fees. The intention was to gain new business by ensuring clients want to come back to us, rather than taking the overtly telesales oriented approach.” states Jim.

This approach has served our clients well and has helped ensure we stayed in business through tough times: we still maintain very high repeat business levels, even as we grow, with two thirds of our business still on a repeat basis, and half of this with companies who have recruited 5 or more staff through us.

We are confident that with our current growth we will continue, if not exceed our targets and provide an excellent service to our clients and candidates, as well as continue to add additional like-minded people to help grow the business further. 2014 has so far been an exciting year for ARV solutions and promises continue into 2015
