CTPartners announces addition to board of directors
Parker has been instrumental in growing the ELC into the preeminent leadership organization for global black senior executives at Fortune 500 and equivalent companies. He has been a member since 1994, and has served on both the Council and Foundation Boards. As President and CEO of ELC, his leadership and governance experience supports the current needs of the organization, resulting in the development of a long-term strategic plan and the launching of key initiatives, which leverage the power of full inclusion.
Having spent 30 years at PepsiCo, PepsiCo North America, and Frito-Lay, his last role was as Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for directing the company’s global labor relations and diversity and inclusion strategies. Prior roles included Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PepsiCo North America and Frito-Lay North America.
