Daxtra launches regional technical support operation in Hong Kong
Starting from 1 September 2014 - this is designed to cater for its APAC Customers on their own time zones.
Whilst Daxtra has had 24 x 5 support lines for a substantial period already, it has been historically done by having Support Engineers on out of hours duty based at its main technical base in Edinburgh, Scotland, or its US office.
This latest initiative, on the other hand, brings dedicated engineering resource almost to the doorstep its APAC clients and offers them a direct technical communication channel in a range of languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Kannada and Marathi.
As a result of this expansion, Daxtra has moved to a new, larger premises in the trendy Sheung Wan area of the Hong Kong Island.
