Industry first technology event launched for recruiters
The industry-first event is being organised by rapid recruitment software specialist, Mercury xRM, and gives recruitment businesses the opportunity to experience the future roadmap of Microsoft CRM and hear about new developments being planned for Mercury xRM, the leading recruitment solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Four events will be held over the course of two days, with a roundtable planned for the morning and afternoon of both 17 September and 23 September 2014. The interactive sessions will show recruiters how to create memorable client and candidate experiences, attract and retain the next generation of recruitment professionals, and introduce Mercury xRM as the enterprise platform for global recruitment growth. There will be a number of Microsoft specialists at the event who will share Microsoft’s visions for future recruitment workplaces.
This is the first time that recruitment businesses have been given the opportunity to directly engage with Microsoft and re-evaluate the infrastructure they require to support sustainable market growth. It sees Microsoft and Mercury xRM come together to help drive the UK recruitment industry forward with the latest CRM technologies, and push growth of the market to a global scale. Mercury xRM product visionary, Chris Kendrick, has been confirmed as a special guest speaker and will be drawing on his years of market experience to demonstrate to recruiters the importance of Microsoft technology to a modern day growing recruitment company.
Of the event, Chris Kendrick said: “As the economic upturn gathers pace and resources become stretched, many recruitment businesses are looking at how they can overcome the emerging challenges to growth, and expand their organisation to a higher level. Microsoft technology affects a huge part of a recruiter’s work so this event will give them the chance to engage with both ourselves and Microsoft and see for themselves how we are planning to shape the future of the recruitment technology landscape together.”
