Recruiters to help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Crimson Limited, the company that develops rapid recruitment software Mercury xRM, has joined 19 other exclusive partners from across the globe as part of Microsoft’s Global Advisory Council. This means the company will be in a position to offer early feedback on current and future products for Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as gain enhanced support from other partners, including access to private industry forums and monthly online discussions regarding Microsoft. Crimson will also receive early indication of upcoming Microsoft products and services ahead of general release.
For recruiters, it means that Crimson will be providing a voice for the industry to Microsoft and sharing feedback it receives from recruiters, which will help ensure future Microsoft products and Mercury xRM developments remain at the forefront of CRM.
Crimson was chosen to join the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council largely due to its Mercury xRM product. Microsoft recognised the software’s mobile first strategy and identified a strong alignment between Mercury xRM's CRM strategy and cloud-first approach to CRM solutions, values also shared by Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The fact that Mercury xRM works closely with other Microsoft products such as Office 365, Yammer and Lync was also commended.
Crimson is already a Microsoft Gold Partner and works closely with Microsoft to develop Mercury xRM on an ongoing basis. Recent updates to the software have included a client and candidate portal, which enables recruiters to self-serve compliance information and supporting documents and the company will continue to work with Microsoft to help boost productivity in the workplace for the recruitment industry.
Mark Britton, Marketing Manager for Mercury xRM said, “This is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters to work with us to help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for our industry, and we are delighted to be selected by Microsoft. Microsoft Dynamics CRM underpins everything we do for Mercury xRM, and has provided us with the foundations needed for it to become the great recruitment tool it is. We are thrilled that we will now be able to provide feedback on product roadmaps and that we can provide a recruitment industry voice to the future of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.”
