Russell Taylor reports another record-breaking month
The news follows the company's recent announcement of a 30 per cent growth in sales over the past year.
Not only is the Merseyside-based technical recruitment agency seeing increasing trade with its existing clients, but experiencing many new clients too.
During July, the Bromborough head office and Chester office placed more than 250 temporary workers while 21 people secured permanent positions.
The group's London office placed a further 150 temporary workers and secured seven permanent positions.
This, says the company, is a particularly pleasing result in a marketplace where skilled labour is becoming much more difficult to find.
Russell Taylor's managing director, Ben Russell, said: “These figures confirm our prediction of a record-breaking year ahead of us.
“We have already shown a 30 per cent growth over the past 12 months due to our investment in additional quality staff and new project wins in addition to our core priority of developing relationships with existing loyal customers.
“Our success is also down to the business taking full advantage of the improving economic confidence and taking on additional resources to maximise opportunities in the growth sectors. A trend for demand in white collar technical staff is benefitting RT’s investment in these sectors.
“We’ve built up an incredible team of staff over the years, and the fruits of our investment in our people is now truly yielding fantastic returns.”
