Select welcomes online compliance test

The online compliance test is designed to test the knowledge of REC members on relevant industry legislation and the REC Code of Professional Practice.  The test is made up of a series of questions in multiple-choice format.  To pass the test recruitment agencies must achieve at least 75% and answer all “red flag” questions correctly.

Graeme McKinnon, managing director of Select Appointments commented: “At Select we set great store by the training of our consultants so it is great to see the REC introduce this flexible and innovative way of testing members.  We want to ensure that all of our people are bang up to date on the latest legislation and ethical recruiting standards so this test is a fantastic way of enabling consultants to keep their knowledge up to date.”
