TLTP Education achieves REC Audited Education status
The agency has undergone a detailed audit to ensure that it adheres to the highest standards in recruitment and is undertaking all the relevant checks when supplying teachers and non-teaching staff to schools.
The REC scheme provides successful recruiters with an accreditation that is recognised by teaching unions, local authorities and schools. It enables both schools and temporary teachers to feel confident about the quality of the agencies they deal with.
Commenting on achieving REC Audited Education status
REC chief executive Kevin Green added: "Congratulations to TLTP Education for achieving the gold standard in recruitment. They join an elite group of agencies across the UK who have been recognised for operating the very best practice in education recruitment.
"The aim of our scheme is to give head teachers peace of mind that they are working with an accredited supplier. By earning the right to display the REC Audited Education logo, TLTP Education (The London Teaching Pool) can assure schools, parents and pupils that the staff they supply are recruited properly and have on-going support."
