UNIT4 and Hireserve partner to deliver SaaS-based eRecruitment

The alliance will see Hireserve’s iCams online recruitment software resold by UNIT4 and labelled “UNIT4 Recruitment, powered by iCams”.

The partnership supports UNIT4’s strategy to provide its clients with best-of-class technologies, like iCams, to complement its core Agresso ERP solutions. UNIT4 Recruitment, powered by iCams, will give UNIT4’s customers access to a one-stop software-as-a-service (SaaS) recruitment solution that manages and streamlines the entire recruitment process - from initial vacancy posting through to screening, selection and hiring. Additionally UNIT4 Recruitment integrates seamlessly into UNIT4 HR Management Solutions so that clients can extend business processes to reduce administration and improve visibility of human capital management.

UNIT4 and Hireserve already successfully work with 23 joint customers including Cranfield University, WYG and the University of York this agreement will take lessons learnt to formalise the partnership and provide even better services.
