Federgon reports decrease in activity
In September 2014, the number of hours worked temporary decreased -1.69% compared to the previous month (when adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects). This decrease is the result of an equal change in two segments: the number of hours worked declined by -1.75% on the side of workers and -1.61% on the employee side.
Compared to September of the previous year, the staffing industry grew by 5.62% (against 9.77% in August 2014). This figure is the result of an increase of 5.28% in the segment of workers and 6.12% in the segment of employees.
The index reached Federgon 219.1 points in September 2014 against 222.8 points in August. This index reflects the level of activity during the month under review compared to January 1995 (base 100) on a seasonally adjusted.
