Lumesse to deliver agile talent management with native mobile and collaborative tools for Salesforce
The new HCM solutions will transform talent management into an agile and highly collaborative business process between HR and business professionals.

Under the agreement, Lumesse will OEM the Salesforce1 Platform, including Salesforce Work.com applications. Lumesse’s applications will utilize Work.com and joint development as part of the partnership.
The talent management solutions will be native Salesforce1 applications and leverage its collaborative capabilities a unique opportunity for business professionals to participate in the talent management process within the familiar Salesforce environment. Hiring managers will be able to collaborate more effectively with HR.

Lumesse will deliver TalentObjects, a comprehensive portfolio of talent management solutions including modules for recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession planning, career management, compensation and learning management. First modules will be available for the U.S. market on the Salesforce AppExchange in the first quarter of 2015.
