Penna appoint head of redeployment for careers service offering

In her new position, Morgan will be responsible for developing the redeployment proposition and working with the broader career transition team to build redeployment into their service offering.

Morgan has worked in the HR industry since 2003, developing her experience through previous roles such as time spent as a HR Manager with responsibility for group resourcing, managing payroll and redeployment.

Morgan's most recent role was as Redeployment Manager at Barclays Bank. In this role, Helen was responsible for all organisational re-structures and changes within the UK, the closure of departments and sites. She was also responsible for redeployment of all displaced staff and ensuring full support for internal and external redeployment.                                                    

Commenting on her new role, Morgan said, “I wanted a role where I could share my expertise in redeployment and have the scope and autonomy to build on these to offer a cutting edge redeployment service to support organisations during restructuring.”
