Redline Group nominated as Best Large Recruitment Agency in NORAs

The list of past finalists and winners (now in its 14th year)  accurately illustrates the evolution of the UK online recruitment sector, which is now recognised as the most advanced and competitive in the world. The NORAs are established as a standard by which recruitment websites are measured, and are a focused opportunity for recognition within the UK Recruitment Industry. The awards cover the wide range of online players in the sector, including Job Boards, Recruitment Agencies, Employers, Career Advice websites, Trade and National Publications.

The National Online Recruitment Awards were devised to recognise the very best in UK online recruitment, from the perspective of jobseekers themselves. Now one of the most mature online industry sectors, recruitment websites have been at the forefront of developing ever more sophisticated ways of bringing together candidates, vacancies and employers.

Commenting on the nomination, Redline’s managing director, Martin Crapper said, “We are delighted to once again receive a nomination for our website and the information, news, career advice and vacancies it provides to the UK and International job seeking community. It’s especially rewarding as the nominations come from the public, the people who actually use the site and get real value out of it. Recruitment, particularly candidate engagement and interaction, has changed dramatically in the 30 years Redline has been in the technology & technical sector. We’re delighted to have our efforts to produce an outstanding website recognised by the NORAs again. Finding a new career is a significant step for most people and we complement the online experience with a very personal service by our team calling, meeting and interviewing as many candidates as possible through their whole experience with Redline. My congratulations also go to our Website partner 4MAT for their invaluable advice and guidance”.
