Ruthless focus pays off at HCIG

At a company level, HCIG’s & lsquo;boutique’ brands continue to grow rapidly, achieving increases in NFI year on year across the board. Ewi, recruiting within the international engineering market achieved a 100% increase in NFI.  Other brands within HCIG achieved similar successes:

Proactive – 50% increase

Resourcing Group – 34% increase

Eden Brown Built Environment –70% increase

Caritas Recruitment – 28% increase

RGMS – 79% increase

2014 has been the year of the start-ups at HCIG with the launch of four new businesses, Butler Rose and Financial Resourcing Group within the Accountancy & Finance and Financial Services space and AlphaTec specialising in the engineering sector. AlphaTec set new records by becoming the fastest company to breakeven in HCIG history. We also opened our first healthcare business Apollo Nursing.

Expanding on their national network of offices the Group have opened new bases in two locations, Resourcing Group opening in Brighton and Southampton with exciting plans for Eden Brown to open in Newcastle within the coming weeks.
