Steria Recruitment wins two APSCo Awards for Excellence
The first success came in the Recruitment Company of the Year (over £50m turnover) category. Judges were impressed that Steria Recruitment showed real value across its business models, particularly around people development and engagement, partnering with clients to achieve business and service objectives, compliance against the myriad of Legislative Impacts, effective Environmental Management plus retention of key clients and growth in new areas.
The second accolade for Steria Recruitment came in the Permanent Recruitment Outsource and Managed Recruitment Service Provider of the Year category. The judges looked for excellence in transitioning clients from their legacy recruitment models to the new, streamlined and cost-effective outsourced recruitment model. The ability to visibly baseline costs and service effectiveness, and the resulting measurement of improvements against KPIs were also major factors in winning the award.
The APSCo judges noted that Steria Recruitment clearly demonstrated a very proactive approach to raising professional standards and that its business model exemplifies the concept of working in partnership the judges added that Steria Recruitment showed excellent growth and new business wins, based on a coherent strategy, demonstrating an excellent example of everything that APSCo stands for professionally.
