Time for temp work changes
According to TVN24, Deputy Prime Minister Radoslaw Mleczco made the comments referring to new recommendations which were submitted on Monday. Agencies also want to include new regulations which will extend the period of temporary employment in the public sector from 18 months to 24 months.
The recommendations have been prepared by Polskie Forum HR, the Association of Employment Agencies and Employment Agency Business Convention, which represents a total of 70 percent of the temporary labour market in Poland. “We want to be an essential element of this market, because these parties [employees, employers and employment agencies] can all benefit from this,” says Anna Wicha of Polskie Forum HR.
“The ball is now in our court,” says Mr Mleczco. “These recommendations will be analysed in detail by the Ministry of Labour.”
