Cielo unveils talent activation assessment on enhanced website

Featuring its recently released Talent Activation Assessment tool, the website will serve as an online resource for organisations, providing actionable recommendations to help companies accelerate change and build best-in-class talent strategies.

“As talent’s impact on business continues to rise, HR leaders now have a one-stop resource for insights on the latest industry trends and innovative talent solutions that allow them to achieve a sustained people advantage and remain competitive in today’s market place,” said Sue Marks, CEO of Cielo

In addition to providing information and resources on Cielo's innovative talent solutions, the new website features Cielo’s complimentary Talent Activation Assessment, which was created to help HR leadership rank their current state and future ambition across six key areas: quality of hires, candidate experience, process efficiency, technology optimisation, recruiting acumen and use of analytics and metrics. The Assessment provides actionable recommendations to assist in getting organisations from    where they are in their talent strategies to where they need to be.

“Early users of the tool are finding great value in having multiple individuals take the assessment individually and then compare results. The gaps in alignment are creating great conversion and clearly informing 2015 strategic plans,” added Kristen Wright, Cielo’s Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales Enablement.

The new site emphasises Cielo’s belief that there is no one-size-fits-all talent strategy. From recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) to consulting, to employer brand and search solutions, the site provides extensive resources for innovative talent solutions. Boasting whitepapers, blogs, case studies and webinars, HR leaders are given a robust collection of materials that have been created with the support of Cielo’s global HR Network, bringing collaborative solutions to the forefront of talent acquisition and management.
