erecruit appoints UK sales director
Foggett brings over a decade of experience in providing enterprise software solutions to global Recruitment Process Outsourcing ("RPO") and recruitment firms as well as corporate clients across Europe and the U.S. His understanding of the industry, enterprise customer environments, and the complexities of major enterprise software deals will be instrumental to erecruit's expansion strategy across Europe, and will provide immediate value for companies exploring enterprise technology.

Foggett brings over a decade of experience with recruitment, onboarding and Human Capital Management enterprise software. He worked for several years at IBM, most recently with responsibility for leading a sales team that grew the company's talent acquisition software sales in Europe following the company's acquisition of Kenexa. In that role, Foggett led the sales process with some of the region's largest public and private sector employers, delivering triple digit growth in the EMEA market. Prior to IBM, he worked with Bond International Software in sales and business analyst roles, which contributed to his understanding of enterprise software solutions in the HR and recruitment sector.

Foggett will be based in erecruit's recently opened office in the UK, located in the heart of west London in the Fulham area. He and erecruit team members from Europe and the U.S. will be attending the upcoming APSCo Charity Ball in London onNovember 28, 2014.
