Executive Network Group leaders in graduate employment
ENG is proud to announce the successful launch of its fourth annual Executive Training Academy.
Designed to invest in local talent and cultivate a new generation of employment consultants, the academy demonstrates ENG’s commitment to investment in the recruitment sector.
With 26 new recruits in the last year alone, all at entry-level and often with no recruitment experience, ENG is dedicated to combating the current youth unemployment rate of 16.2% in what is an increasingly competitive job market.
This year’s group of 12 will be joining last year’s intake of 14, all of whom have been identified as promising local talent. Embarking upon a unique ten-week training course, the trainees will be mentored throughout by a committed Training & Talent Manager who oversees their progression within the Group.
Combining hands-on training with classroom workshops, the Executive Academy is the only one of its kind in the UK and is designed to inspire and engage a new generation of recruitment professionals.
Having doubled in size since starting the Executive Academy four years ago, ENG – which is part of Pertemps Network Group - has seen its employee retention hold strong, and many of their trainees thriving in a career started by the innovative scheme.

We launched it at a time when other organisations were holding back on recruitment due to the recession, so we bucked the trend and recruited young people and graduates who showed passion and ambition. Investing in the next generation is so important if we are serious about the future of recruitment being better and more innovative than the last.”
