Financial data vendor announces Quarsh as new talent acquisition partner
The Milton Keynes based Talent Solutions specialist has been appointed to provide full resourcing support, as well as to develop a long term talent strategy for Interactive Data, with a view to reduce their agency reliance and improve their employer value proposition in Europe.
“We are delighted to have been selected as IDC’s recruitment partner. Theirs is a complex organisation with a need for some very specific and rare technical skills sets in a competitive market,” said Quarsh Director Lucy James.
“Part of our job is to future-proof the business from a talent perspective, making sure that we are accessing the candidates of the highest calibre, introducing IDC to them as a great place to work and helping them to understand how they could fit into IDC’s long term strategy. We are really excited to be working with such a forward-looking organisation and can’t wait to see the results of some of the initiatives we are working on together.”
The partnership comes following the termination of an arrangement with a globally established RPO recruitment team that was based on site. Quarsh is now in the process of revising and mapping the recruitment environment and will be hiring for 140 new and existing vacancies over the next 12 months.
