Goodman Masson delivers its first RPO solution
After a 2 year track record which saw Goodman Masson placing over 150 candidates with financial services consultancy, JDX Consulting, GM beat a number of established RPO business’ in its bid to secure this opportunity.
Chris Porges, managing director at Goodman Masson and director of the project said:
“The opportunity to continue working with this incredible client was something we just had to do and seemed like a logical step for us to take. For years we have been executing mass hiring projects for our clients so most of the work is something we have experience of- this project though has definitely taken the understanding and partnership to a new level. The brief we set out was simple- build JDX Consulting a recruitment infrastructure that will support their phenomenal growth now and in the future- this we have done, now is the small matter of finding and securing talent for JDX - something we have a little bit of experience in!”
Over the last month they have delivered a complete suite of services to ensure the delivery of talent now and pools of talent for the future.
This meant building for their client: a new website, CRM system , MI suite, a complete social media strategy, marketing support, training and a full time in-house Consultant.
