Independent West Midlands recruitment company plans big growth for 2015
The recruitment company, who have 4 regional offices with 40 fulltime staff, have been developing their infrastructure throughout 2014 to enable big growth during 2015.
Now the Midlands based firm is looking to identify 16 new members of staff for 2015 to achieve ambitious growth targets. In addition to seeking experienced hires, they hope that at least 50% of their new recruits to come in at an entry level and are now well-placed to train recent graduates and sales professionals to join them.
Working with both an International and local client base, the company is headquartered in Birmingham, and has regional offices in Redditch, Wolverhampton and has recently upgraded its office in Coventry. To date, staff members have played a key role in the development of state of the art systems, new office work spaces, online marketing and a new mobile friendly website launching in early 2015.
