Recruitment in East Anglia indicates business confidence continuing into 2015

It is now a candidate driven marketplace, and Jane Lovell perceives that this has come as something of a shock to many employers, saying, "A company's recruitment process needs to be able to react quickly to secure good candidates. Candidates often receive multiple job offers within days of attending either a first or second interview this is creating fierce competition between employers and salaries and employment packages are certainly reflecting this situation.

"The choice of positions which are now available to the very best candidates means that companies in the region have to work hard at defining and enhancing their employer brand.

"We practice what we preach," added Jane Lovell. "This company has grown by 29 per cent during 2014 and we now employ 70 people, 55 of whom are consultants dedicated to delivering a world-class technical and professional recruitment service with an East Anglian focus.

"We are constantly looking at ways to enhance our profile as an & lsquo;employer of choice' and our staff retention rates lead me to believe that our strategy is working."

She concluded, "I think 2015 is going to be a very exciting business year for many companies in East Anglia."
