Russam GMS appoints new marketing director
Bridge will focus on developing the company's marketing and communications programme to drive new business in the UK and internationally.
An experienced and sales-orientated marketing professional specialising in the recruitment sector, Bridge joins Russam GMS from Green Park, where he completed a 12 month assignment as Interim head of marketing, helping to build a new website and create a direct marketing function.
Bridge started his marketing career in 2010 when he joined Practicus as a marketing assistant. Since then, he has held senior marketing positons at Interim Partners, New Street Executive Search and Brightpool. Bridge was also an executive committee member for marketing and PR for the Interim Management Association in 2012.
Prior to his career in marketing, Bridge ran his own catering company, employing up to 30 people before selling it eight years later.

In 2015, Russam will focus on building its international capabilities through its new star alliance WIL Group (Worldwide Interim Leadership Group) as well as expanding its NED Group and executive search practice.
