Business leaders look to improve recruitment efficiency
Despite the usual decline in the number of jobs advertised during the festive period, the software provider has seen a surge in the numbers of visitors to their website, with the majority coming from searches conducted via Google.co.uk.
Sarah Dickens, marketing manager at Recruitive comments, “We have seen a huge 43 per cent increase in website traffic on the previous month’s figures which is totally unexpected at this time of year. Our numbers have been steadily climbing throughout 2014 but December saw the biggest surge of the year.”
Richard Clarke, managing director at Recruitive adds, “The increase in website traffic has led to a boost in the number of new enquiries and the majority of these are from business leaders looking to make changes to the way they recruit in 2015.”
Clarke continues, “The recent quarterly economic survey published by The British Chambers of Commerce's (BCC) showed that UK companies enjoyed a strong end to 2014 and were confident about their prospects for 2015, marked by a record number of companies hiring staff.
