Nakama Singapore under new leadership

February sees the appointment of Josephine Garniss to the business as former MD Silva Fieldhouse leaves the listed digital recruitment firm to pursue a career in operations. The change has long been scheduled for 2015 and has enabled management to indulge the time needed to identify the right person to take the business forward in 2015 and beyond.

Garniss commences as Director and MD for the Singapore business February 4th. She has over ten years in the recruitment space having spent 5 years at Hudson and 5 years at Talent 2 in Singapore as deputy manager. Her local market knowledge and networks,leadership experience and deep understanding of recruitment for the marketing, technology and media sector places her well to guide the business through its next phase of growth in Singapore and across into Malaysia.
