Opus Recruitment Solutions makes it onto The Sunday Times Best Companies list
It is the first time that Opus Recruitment Solutions has taken part in the Best Companies survey, being awarded with a three-star accreditation. They will find out exactly where they feature on the list at the awards ceremony that takes place on Wednesday 25th February 2015.
Established in 2008, Opus Recruitment Solutions has grown rapidly, opening a Sydney office in September 2014, Opus has continually ensured the wellbeing of each of its employees.
The Sydney office is based in Chifley Tower overlooking the Sydney Opera House. Five consultants have already started to make a name for themselves securing clients for the international location.
As well as a number of incentives available to both their sales consultants and non-sales teams, Opus offers a number of benefits.
The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for list is a nationally acknowledged achievement in the UK, with globally-recognised names such as McDonald’s Restaurants, American Express and Marriott Hotels International making it onto 2014’s list for ’25 Best Big Companies to Work for’.
Darren Ryemill, founder and CEO of Opus Recruitment Solutions, said, “We are over the moon with the news. We take great pride in providing an enjoyable and rewarding environment for all of our employees. We feel that in order to grow a strong business, you must start from the bottom by ensuring job satisfaction across the company.
“There isn’t a single person that doesn’t get recognised for a job well done at Opus. Of course we have a variety of exciting incentives on offer to our recruitment consultants, but we also recognise the importance of other roles such as the admin and business development teams with a variety of other rewards.
“To be acknowledged by a nationally recognised achievement makes us feel very proud and we will continue to strive for excellence in both the work we do and the environment we do it in.”
The Best Companies survey is conducted on a yearly basis and results consist of one, two and three-star accreditation ratings, which is broken down with a Best Companies Index (BCI) score.
