PageGroup builds strong business in US

The award recognizes the company’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.

With 38 years of recruitment expertise, 16 in the US and nine offices established across the country, this recognition further cements PageGroup’s position as one the industry leaders in the US market.

Richard Vickers, Regional Managing Director at PageGroup North America, sees significant potential in the US market and says organic growth is at the top of the business agenda.

He explains, “The US economy remains robust and is delivering above-trend growth in many sectors. Recruitment conditions are favorable and we are determined to significantly increase our internal headcount over the next 12 months.

“Through a diverse range of training we support our employees to develop in their roles and build a solid foundation for their future careers with the company. When we recruit new consultants, we hope that one day they will become our future leaders. In fact, one in three of our sales force was promoted in 2014,” 

PageGroup has over 100 consultants relocating internationally on an annual basis and provides development and succession planning programs through quarterly appraisals, coaching and people management training using 360 degree feedback.

In October earlier this year, PageGroup was also recognized in Crain’s New York Business & lsquo;2014 Best Places to Work in New York City’ for the eighth consecutive year.
