For the first time, WESC 2015 will also feature sessions for in-house executive search teams, covering subjects such as building an in-house executive recruiting function, creating an agile talent acquisition department and social media, led by experienced and inspiring speakers such as Caroline McClure, Principal at ScoutRock and Talent Acquisition Leader at Forsythe Technology, Mary Claire Ryan.

Crossover sessions for all Executive Recruiters

We have scheduled a number of crossover sessions relevant to attendees from both search firms and in-house executive search teams on topics such as Creating a “Win-Win” in the Firm / Client Relationship delivered by Gary Preston, Founder of Preston & Partners and Board Chairman of IACPR as well as sessions on social media, LinkedIn and Internet research techniques and the cultural fit delivered by Lizz Pellett of The Sourcing Institute.

Gerry Roche will close the first day by engaging with the participants in a far reaching discussion characterized with his usual candor and insight.  He will address his views on the current Executive Recruitment market and its future, and will share his deeply held beliefs on the importance of professionalism and the need for personal commitment to achieve the lauded position of a trusted advisor.

Peter Wright who led HR function at companies such as Zurich Insurance, AIG, Estee Lauder, Merril Lynch, BP, Allied Domecq and Unilever and is currently a CEO of Acorn Strategy Consulting Ltd, will close the congress by sharing insights into an Integrated Talent Management and how it changes the way talent is handled internally and the way companies deal with external companies responsible for talent.
