Roc Search to train its first intern
Quick is reading BA Business Studies and is in her last year. Roc Search were approached by the university last year about offering a student a work placement and were on board with the idea straight away. Training Manager Lucy Moore who runs the Training Academy at Roc Search comments ' we have allot to offer an undergraduate wanting to learn about the workplace and a career in sales. Every year we have a large influx of graduates joining us straight form university and we have huge success with all of our graduates, they are very eager to get into the world of wok and start their careers. We offer complete training and a full career path, many of our graduates move on quickly into team leader then onto further roles within the organisation'
MD Conor Roughneen. commented, "We are delighted to be working in conjunction with the university, its a great opportunity for us to support further education and we hope to establish further relationships with more universities and colleges. We have always had a strong reputation and a lot of press attention for our culture of giving people a chance - I have made no secret of the fact I did not go to university and feel that with the right training and support we can guide individuals to very successful career's here.

Quick joins Roc Search on Monday 19th for ten weeks where she will get a taste of all areas of the business.
