The Global Growth Institute appoints partner
He joins the company from FNZ, the £200m turnover high technology business process outsourcing company, where he was chief human resources officer. He has also previously held posts at General Atlantic (GA), Xchanging PLC, and BDO Stoy Hayward London (BDO).
Kasmir has worked in a wide range of sectors including oil, telecoms, recruitment and professional services and operated at both strategic and operational levels in the UK and internationally to deliver client and people engagement strategies.
“GGI’s goal is to create global business leaders for the 21st century,” says Kasmir. “Having led HR and corporate affairs within and on behalf of high profile international organisations, I have gained important insights into what characteristics great leaders have in common.
“I will be using this experience to help GGI develop new training initiatives, and help its clients focus on the areas they need to focus on to make their senior managers world class. I will also be using my global network of HR and business professionals to help develop GGI’s business.”
