TheJobPost launches the worlds first supplier engagement platform to offer a contract solution

This unique service follows the same principles of TheJobPost’s permanent offering, with the added benefits of providing complete payroll and contract compliance, enabling any recruiter to provide a contract service regardless of pre-existing capability.

Leveraging the ever-increasing power of the Cloud and crowdsourcing techniques, TheJobPost has responded to the demands of the ever changing world of work. In the UK alone, the Professional Contractors Group estimates that there are already 1.4 million British independent contractors working across all sectors, and this is only increasing as more employers leverage the benefits of technology and top talent demand ever more flexible working.

Employers are wholeheartedly embracing this type of online platform the engagement process is simple and the results are rapid. In line with TheJobPost’s permanent offering, the agency pays a small access fee (typically between &pound25 and &pound100, based on the total profit margin of the contract) to submit a CV and has direct contact with the employer.

Once the successful candidate has been appointed, TheJobPost takes care of contractor payments and pays the margin direct to the agency every week (regardless of the existence of pay when paid terms).
