Transformation expert Jackie Edwards joins Norrie Johnston Recruitment

Edwards has led major change programmes within blue-chip financial services brands and high profile regulatory bodies including Barclays Group companies, Cap Gemini Ernst Young and the Financial Services Authority (now the FCA). She outlines how her experience will enhance NJR’s offering:

Edwards’ credentials within the business transformation world are impressive. During a two year assignment at the Financial Services Authority she led the delivery of a major business change programme for its IS Division. Her interim work at Barclays included acting as Programme Director for the transformation of Group Collections and Recoveries across the Barclays Group.   As divisional director of Cap Gemini Ernst Young, Jackie was Programme Director for Boots the Chemist, leading a major transformation for the Pharmacy business a top to bottom reshaping of the customer interaction, core processes and IT Infrastructure for 1400 outlets. Most recently Jackie has led the shaping of major AML/STF, Section 166 and Anti-Bribery and corruption programmes as Interim Director/Programme Director.
