Blue Pelican receives 92% recommendation rate!

Blue Pelican commissioned MESO Marketing to undertake an online survey on its behalf, contacting clients and candidates with whom it had worked between 01 June 2013 and 31st August 2014.

As ever its objectives were to identify potential service improvements, highlight and reward best performing consultants and to benchmark against its previous surveys.

It is particularly proud of its client feedback this year which has improved on every factor bar one, and has resulted in 92% of customers saying they would recommend us to others.

The company stated, “There is some work for us to do with some candidates, however overall the results were again very positive and we are focussed on ensuring the next survey shows another improvement.”
