Encore Personnel announce a 50% increase in revenue
The company has announced its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2014. The specialist supplier of industrial, driving and engineering staff throughout the UK is looking for further double digit growth into 2015. Staff numbers increased from 120 to 154 in the year and also saw the first acquisition of Spalding based Response Recruitment
Revenue growth has been achieved at all its operating divisions Industrial, Driving, Engineering, Senior Appointments and Managed Services. However the main factors for the increase have been due to the growth of its Energy business (70%) that supplies workers to utility companies and it’s Managed Services Division which enjoyed a trebling of turnover.
“Whilst we are delighted by this unparalleled growth we are mindful of the threats to continuing this level of increase this year.” said Greg Latham, Managing Director. “As always, though, there are a few dark clouds on the horizon – not the economy but talent resourcing. We are increasingly realising a significant tightening of labour supply. All this means that we face a “skills and talent” crisis that might affect our growth plans for 2015.”
Latham has projected turnover to increase in 2015 by a further 30% to £60million and then £80million in 2016 from organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Encore Personnel have over 30 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, placing over 3500 temporary workers a week from its network of 22 divisions throughout the UK and its Managed Services operation.
