Networkers International featured on Adobe customer showcase
The company’s operations lead, Alan Ovenden, recommended implementing technology solutions to improve the efficiency of the sales team and lessen the burden on back-office personnel in functions such as payroll, legal compliance, and information technology contracts. As part of the re-engineering project, it was critical for Networkers to find an e-signature solution that could integrate easily with its existing internal business applications.
Over the last year, the back office systems at Networkers have undergone a radical overhaul, culminating in a full automated, seamless end-to-end process.
The process starts with the completion of either a COP (contract placement), or a PIP (perm placement), by a sales consultant. A business specified workflow is then followed which ensures that we minimise placement risk, whilst maximising efficiency and profit. One of the last steps in the process is the generation and delivery of contract paperwork. This step uses a system from Adobe called 'Echosign' as its core engine. It enables contracts to be generated automatically from the data entered onto the COP/PIP and then delivers them to the contract signatories in an electronic format. As soon as the contract is signed, the systems are automatically updated.
