RSA appoints three new consultants
The appointments reflect a year of sustained global growth in 2014, where RSA increased the seniority and value of its talent advisory services to Life Sciences organisations in all global markets. RSA’s new offices in Mayfair and Welwyn Garden City are part of a global growth plan reflecting its success and momentum in the marketplace.
Beatriz de Luis is a law graduate, with fluent Spanish and English language skills. Beatriz began her recruitment career in her native Spain. In 2009, Beatriz moved to the UK with SEC Recruitment and spent three years focusing on the Spanish Pharmaceutical market across a number of functional areas. In 2013, Beatriz’s geographical remit expanded to EU, USA and emerging markets, specialising in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs.
Maria-Angeles Garcia has 15 years’ experience in recruitment and HR. She has worked in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, R&D, Clinical Operations and Business Development/Sales across Europe and the US. For the last three years she has worked at Sharpstream, a global Executive Search company where she focussed on Health Economics, Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement.
Omar de Bary joins RSA’s Global Interims team. Omar’s experience combines a mix of both permanent and contract roles. Prior to joining RSA, Omar worked for five years within Life Science talent management at Volt & Axess, helping Clients identify and place their target talent.
