Specialist Staffing Solutions opens the doors to its tech business in Chicago

This development is off the back of a very successful 2014 for Specialist Staffing Solutions in the Mid West and as a result, the company is looking to expand its Chicago office by three times its current headcount.

The company’s Chicago operation lead by Ginnette Harvey, VP Americas, already has approximately 40 employees recruiting banking and life sciences professionals through its Huxley and Real Staffing brands respectively, now has its sights set on the IT markets. Having grown the Chicago business from 0-40 people in the first 3 years, it has a strong client base and an experienced management team to confidently grow to120 people across the three brands by the end of 2017. The Chicago office is expected to be one of the global group’s fastest growing operations in the next three years.

The company has just signed new larger office space to accommodate these expansion plans, confirming its commitment to the opportunity.

As a result of the planned expansion plans in the Mid West, Specialist Staffing Solutions is currently hiring for all three brands seeking both trainee and experienced recruiters. The organisation prides itself on its organic growth model and training available – having never lost a single graduate in Chicago that has joined from university.
