TeamJobs, which is based in Poole, Dorset, has splashed out on 1,000 branded drinks containers.
They will be supplied free of charge to staff, clients, business partners, schools, sports teams and local clubs.
It is part of the company's drive to support the community, enhance its green credentials and help staff to hit peak performance.
Motivated TeamJob consultants have snapped up the bottles for use at work, in the home and gym but have also seen the bottles fly out the door with candidates and clients.
Jason Gault, managing director at TeamJobs, said, "Staying hydrated is vital for peak performance whether on the sports field, in the gym or in a fast-paced environment at work.
"We have a dynamic team of experienced, effervescent professionals delivering a first-class service every day - and we are committed to keeping them at the top of their game.
"We are also an environmentally conscious company, so introducing the bottles means that we have cut back on the amount of plastic cups we have been using at the water cooler."
He added, "The bottles have already proved popular and are going fast. We expect to order more to meet demand and will al
so be stepping up our support of community initiatives as we move into 2015."
TeamJobs was founded 14 years ago and has 24 employees.
It provides specialist services for candidates and clients with divisions including industrial, commercial, technical and engineering, executive search and hospitality sales.
The company, which is a Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) platinum business partner, had a record 2014.
Gault said, "We have seen tremendous growth over the past 18 months and have exciting expansion plans for 2015.
"Our committed and personable staff have played a key part in our ongoing success so we are keen to support them in any we can."
