Be Personnel certifies client satisfaction

Now in its 8th year, this annual survey polled current clients for their assessment on the standard of service provision of Be Personnel staff and quality of candidates provided. Its purpose was also to determine areas that could be improved and/or enhanced, to measure most effective methods of gaining new business and to gain an overall perception, clients have of the company.

Business sectors polled covered food processing, manufacturing, contact centres, outsourced sales centres, public sector, commercial sector and the service industry.

From the results, over 50% used recruitment agencies to acquire 25% of new staff, whilst 25% used agencies for over 76% of new staff. In understanding the clients recruitment needs, 50% rated Be Personnel excellent, whilst 100% of those surveyed were extremely satisfied with the level and frequency of communications.

In relation to speed of response, 75% rated it excellent and 25% very good and over 75% rated reliability excellent. Angela Brunton states, “These customer satisfaction surveys have been extremely valuable since we started them back in 2007. We welcome truthful feedback and ensure we take on board the comments and where necessary, employ measures to implement any changes.” Ms Brunton continues, “To have such a high level of responses is very encouraging for all the Be Personnel staff. To achieve over 80% of new business from client referrals is indeed testament that we are providing a first class service with high calibre candidates. ”

Each successive year since its formation in 2006, Be Personnel has seen sustained growth with financial year end 2014 seeing a turnover in excess of &pound4.5M with plans set to achieve a continuous growth for 2015.
