Capita acquires branding & marketing agency
The London and Bristol based firm will join Capita Resourcing, one of the UK’s foremost recruitment businesses. Around 100 employees will transfer to Capita as part of the deal.
ThirtyThree provides employer branding, research, employee engagement and digital media services for a wide range of high profile clients, including AXA, EDF Energy and Deutsche Bank. The award-winning agency helps organisations with complex resourcing and employee retention challenges to develop their employer brands, attracting new talent and deepening engagement with existing employees.
The acquisition will strengthen Capita’s existing resourcing and recruitment proposition, adding valuable branding expertise and allowing it to offer a wider suite of services to new and current customers. Particular opportunities include developing innovative graduate recruitment and emerging talent campaigns. The new capabilities will also complement Capita’s work with a range of outsourced recruiting services.

ThirtyThree employs 104 staff and operates from offices in Bristol and London.
