Clinical Professionals achieve 3 Star accreditation as a Sunday Times Top 100
The company achieved a full 3 star accreditation, the top rating possible. The award ceremony for the Best Small Companies took place on February 25th, and was attended by a number of the Clinical Professionals team.
The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work for is decided by feedback from employees working for the company. The Best Companies award is now in its 14th year, and was entered by over 1,000 businesses aiming to be recognised as an employer of choice.
2015 is the second year that The Clinical Professionals Group have entered the Best Companies award. After being ranked as & lsquo; One to Watch’ in 2014, its result for 2015, being given a full 3 star accreditation and Top 100 ranking, is an incredible result.
The outcome of the survey showed that Clinical Professionals scored highly on a number of different areas particularly around motivation, with employees responding very positively about the future of the company, opportunities for personal growth, management and organisational values. Employees also fed back that they felt the company cares about making a positive difference, highlighting recent charity fundraising days.
Yvette Cleland, The Clinical Professionals Group’s CEO, commented:
“I am very proud to be part of such a successful and innovative business with such an incredible team of people. People make a business. To have such great feedback from all members of Clinical Professionals on how they feel about working within the business and their engagement and passion around our onward journey is incredibly exciting as they have been so instrumental in developing trusted partnerships with many clients and candidates in the UK and Europe.”
